    We share our offer and explain the numbers behind it. There's no pressure to decide on the spot.

    If you accept, a title company checks the title and handles the closing on the date you choose.

How we make money

We think you should know this before you work with us. Wolf Vive LLC is a real estate investment company, not a brokerage. We earn money in one of two ways:

  • We buy and resell or rent the property. Our offer accounts for repairs and the costs of holding and reselling, which is why it is below full retail value.
  • We assign our purchase contract. Sometimes we sign an agreement to buy a house, then transfer that agreement to another investor who closes on it. We earn a fee for finding the property and arranging the deal. If this may happen, the purchase agreement says so, and the price and terms you agreed to stay the same.

Either way, you are welcome to have an attorney or agent review any agreement before you sign.
